We are very flexible in our hours but also understand the importance of family and a good work-life balance. We are always available Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., and by appointment on the weekends

How much does your service cost?List Item 2
We have set prices for all our community-offered courses, such as Lifeguarding, $250, and Adult & Pediatric First Aid CPR/AED, $85. Check out our Classes & Registration page to see all classes and prices.
When setting up courses on a one-to-one basis, our fees vary with the client's needs and requirements. Contact Jeffrey State for pricing and estimates.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds on classes work as follows:
- If you cancel more than a week before any single-day course, you will be refunded all but $30.00 to cover administrative and banking fees.
- If you cancel less than a week and more than 24 hours before a single-day course starts, you will be refunded 50% of the class cost.
- If you are registered for a multi-day course (LG, LGI, WSI...), you will be refunded 75% if canceling more than seven days before the course starts. There is no refund for cancellations with less than seven days' notice due to prep time and staffing for these courses.

What if I have to cancel my course but reschedule for a future course?
If you need to change your course and it is more than 36 hours before the course's scheduled start, you will only be charged a 10% service fee to reschedule for a class we have listed.

What if I cannot pass a course prerequisite?
Course prerequisites for American Red Cross classes always allow for two attempts. If you fail to meet the standards to take the course after two attempts and coaching, you will be refunded all but $30 to cover administrative and banking fees.
